Do you know of Selden Spaulding was influenced by the work of Channing Peake? The reason for my asking is that I am searching for paintings by my long-lost Uncle Selden, whom I found several years ago in Elk, California, when he was living with Kit Tremaine. Selden was very helpful in providing information on the paternal side of my ancestry and getting me in contact with other long-lost relatives. His brother, Edward Rich Spaulding, abandoned my mother before I was born, and I did not learn anything about the Spaulding family until I was in my thirties. Since Uncle Selden’s passing, I have tried to learn as much as I can about his career as a painter. If you can help me in any way, I would appreciate it. Thank you, Ed.
